BUY THE WINE

Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: An impressive sample both in terms of its colour and the intensity and finesse of its ripe, spicy-pepper nose. Magnificently oaked. Assuming the bottle confirms this impression, the finest effort by far from this estate in recent times, offering remarkable value for money. In our opinion, more of a knockout in its way than the Cantemerle from this vintage. 16
