Michael Schuster: finely earthy nose; fresh, concentrated, firmly tannic middle-weight; long, moderately complex red and black currant flavour with a clear earthy background; close-grained, sinewy, long-term Graves with good length. 16
Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Ripe, full, suave and pleasantly succulent. The smokiest and most supple of the three, but with that tremendous presence on the palate of a very great vintage. Highly recommended. 16/17
