Andrew Jefford: Deep black-red. Elegant and seductive. The oak-fruit relationship is evidently well managed, and the purity of the fruits from this fine vineyard sings out. Attractive ripeness here giving a palate that doesn’t quite have the concentration and power of a great vintage but compensates with lots of sweet confit cherry and soft prune, backed by sound and supportive tannins. 15.5
