BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Pale purple; light, scented, persistent nose; nicely balanced, delicately medium-full wine, fresh, with barely any tannin. Crisp red-fruit flavor; gentle, fragrant, modest in scope. The Morey is a tad richer, but this is longer, more fragrantly complex. As usual, a benchmark village Chambolle. Give it a year or two in bottle. 2010–15. 15+
