Margaret Rand: Deep, supple, seductive fruit. Silky, deep, savory, and spicy. 17

Andrew Jefford: Dark scarlet. Warm black fruits, delicately spiced. Hint of orange, too. Deep, vivid, chunky and chewy, with lots of depth, presence, and flesh. The flesh is vivid and acid-lifted but has a sweet purity to it, too; the tannins are ample and svelte. Delicious red Burgundy. 16.5
