Jasper Morris: An early example of Sylvie’s modern style, with a high proportion of new oak and some wholebunch fermentation. Light and fine in color, rich fruit on the nose, not too exotic. Rich, dark, vibrant fruit on the palate, still very young wine. This has really come together.
