BUY THE WINE

Nicolas Belfrage: Very deep color, turning. Nose a bit squashed. Wine anonymous, not typical of grape or region, presumably made to please market, but which market? 10

Roy Richards Very closed and without differentiation – Christmas pudding. One can chew on this: it’s very ripe, maybe too much so, but surely will develop into something more exciting with age. Difficult to be certain. 16

Franco Ziliani: Inky and concentrated color, mysterious wild and spicy nose with a good fruit in second place. One-dimensional wine, without energy and development, very rich, but without freshness and low acidity. Just a little dry and bitter astringency on the finish. 12.5
