BUY THE WINE

Nicolas Belfrage: Genuine Sangiovese color – orange not only on rim but into heart. Perhaps unfiltered? Very funky and typical of aged Sangiovese, with decadent veg and herb, a hint of mint or eucalyptus but not in a Cabernet way, full of surprises and layers, the real McCoy. Drink till 2030. 15

Roy Richards Initially reductive, but dense and promising. Palate less promising: sweet and vulgar. No. 11

Franco Ziliani: Bitter, unclean, animal Bretty nose with extractive green unripe notes. The palate is flat, without energy, overripe, low acidity, one-dimensional, banal, without history and with no future. 12
