Inviting, spice aroma with a note of the warm garrigue. Super-juicy strike to a broad palate. There is decent tension, which runs cleanly through the ripeness. Dark, mossy undergrowth and smoky notes make this quite intriguing. It’s ripe but not heavy, and I like the light, fresh punchiness and herbal note of mint and fresh coriander leaf. It’s appetizing. It shows really rather well in this hot year. Possibly the deep clay helped. 2022–30. | 92–93
