I like this village wine. It has some attitude and a touch of rusticity. The scented, spicy aroma leads to plenty of dark fruit on the attack, generous indeed, but follows through with some grip and a lightly austere cold bite of tannin to offset the plummy fruit. This vineyard is in the cold draft of the combe and benefits. 2023–27. | 87
