Alison Buchanan: Shimmering pale gold, this presents a rather steely nose, giving focus to rather sweet orchard fruit compote. There are also white currant and gooseberry notes to give added lift. Very focused and extremely energetic, this has a piercing acidity that cries out for food – with which it will go extremely well. Well–balanced and vivacious, this has a long mineral finish. 15.5

Alex Hunt: Lean and mossy on the nose. Borderline underripe; certainly straightforward and uninspiring, despite some concentration. 12

Andrew Jefford: Pale gold. Pretty and softly grassy; almost felted or mossy. Intense, with lots of ripe, plunging acidity, but not a great deal clinging to it. Finishes rather dry and taut. 11
