Alison Buchanan: Rich yellow gold with green lights, we have evidently changed tack here. The nose comes in with swathes of butterscotch, layered with citrus and cream. The palate reflects the nose. The intense minerality throughout precludes “this could come from anywhere”...but only just. Sound. 14.5

Alex Hunt: Lactic, toffee aroma that doesn’t inspire confidence. Though the palate is very much dominated by winemaking, the tart fruit asserts itself on the finish, giving a sour milky feel. All over the place. 10

Andrew Jefford: Full green–gold. Spring–like, fresh and sappy, with spring bulb aromatic notes (bluebell and a touch of hyacinth). Intriguing and compelling. Deep, vivid and long: excellent. Wonderful purity of fruit, here, with some minerality in the finish, too. Just lacks a slight breadth in the finish. 15.5
