The vinification mirrors that of the Beaucastel Blanc, yet in terms of generosity of color, texture, and finish, we have progressed even further down an avenue of excellence. The wine often defies—with no lack of nonchalance—the tropes of the vintage in question. Therefore, in this hot, powerful year, there is a floral elegance and an unmistakable salinity, which hold the more generously exotic elements, notwithstanding their innate appeal, in a poised and rigorous counterpoint. | 96
