Jasper Morris: Rich dense color. Very backward nose, not showing anything yet. Very dumb, not tiring but not present either; some acidity but far from trenchant. Color gets deeper, but a note or two of oxidation even as the fruit grows. A bizarre touch of Bovril? Does not change much, but this is definitely too dry, tannins winning over acidity.
