Jasper Morris: Incredibly heady nose, even while decanting: strawberries and cream, a hint of the blood orange but only a whisper—ethereal aspects to this. Then on the palate, raspberries join in. It is all a bit primary really to show the vineyard at this stage. Adorable even now, this may be the sort of wine that doesn’t close down. Raspberries, summer pudding. Perhaps the wine of the tasting.
