Jasper Morris: Bright pink-purple, a little bit of what Etienne once described as “la noblesse de la végétale”—that is, slight green notes. They sit atop the fruit but do not damage it. There is some oak on the palate— all a bit disjointed at the moment. The wine fills out with time, but the pyrazines remain.
