Neal Martin: A well-defined, fresh, and clean bouquet, with crisp black and red fruit, forest floor and moss-like scents, that gains vigor in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, clean red-berry fruit, a fine line of acidity, and an insistent grip on the finish. It conveys the structure of Pommard and, as such, it should drink well for the next decade. Lively and vivacious.
