Jasper Morris: Rich deep purple. A fractionally evolved note to the nose but I think this may just be a passage; makes the fruit seem a bit plummy. Immense weight on the palate, firm structure from the barrel, but also a latent freshness behind. Potentially the most powerful of the three Musignys, assuming that the bouquet wakes up. A sleeper.
