Alex Hunt: Stinkily reductive on the nose and palate. Fixed sulfides, garlicky—not pleasant at all- 7

Andrew Jefford: Dark black-red, both raisiny and resiny; stringy aromatically. Very stringy on the palate, alas. This doesn’t have any of the width or depth of the very best in this tasting. It also seems a little tired now, without the diagnostic freshness one hopes for in Cab Franc. Licorice flavors, however, if you like those- 10

Simon Larkin: More evolved in appearance; the nose reveals slightly herbaceous fruit, with dark berry behind. The palate is mid-weight, with a lively acidity and a leafy-natured berry fruit. Simple, correct, and uninspiring- 10
