Andrew Jefford: Full gold. Harmonious and resolved already, in comparison to its peers; mellow, honeyed, mallow, and gracious, but sensual and exciting, too. This is lush and very generous on the palate, one of the richest wines of the year: warm, gratifying, deep, seamless, and packed with tangy honey generosity lent balance by botrytis. Now to 2027. 90

Stephen Brook: A vivacious and smoky nose, with aromas of stone fruits and mangoes. Rayne Vigneau always shows a lightness of touch and this is no exception, but there is also an appealing creaminess of texture and a beguiling balancing acidity. Quite a forward style but it doesn’t lack power and depth. Well-crafted and long. 91
