Jasper Morris: Good bright mid-red, very high-class fruit with excellent purity, leaps out. Very dense, a great deal in reserve, nice balance between fruit weight, barrel, and acidity. Good length. Quite a forceful personality which perhaps hides the minerals a fraction, but the last taste pushes this up.
