Ella Lister: Opaque red with a terra-cotta rim. A very intense, concentrated, ripe bouquet lends a forceful carnal, animal character. Tertiary aromas abound, especially bracken. This vintage has a sweet, succulent, moreish, mouth-filling texture. Lots of acidity lifts the whole wine in the mouth and renders the developed flavors into something succulent, with the mouth-tingling quality of mega-sour candy!
