Pure, fresh, tart, and juicy on the palate, it has lots of acidity and life, if not a huge amount of body. Nonetheless, there is lots of fruit and a long finish, plus it’s got that Italianate elegance and lift going on—a slightly sour note unique to Italy, regardless of grape variety! Satiny.
