Michael Schuster: Dense and mineral to smell, richly Cabernet, blackcurrant in character; rich, supple to fresh in acidity, finely tannic; a lovely concentration of sweet, juicy, sapid ripe red and black fruit, with a density from the low yield (the consequence of a very localized April frost), alongside the Pessac restraint and purity; elegant, subtly complex, gently mineral, and with lovely fragrant length. A very successful Fieuzal red. 2026–36. 91–93
