Andrew Jefford: Deep, clear black-red. Warm, accessible, open, harmonious but not deep or concentrated: curranty and lightly floral. Lively, pure, and briskly curranty, with prominent, driving acidity and discreet supporting tannins. Not much central palate wealth, but lots of poise and conviction. Now to 2020. 86
Michael Schuster: Light, cedary nose; well-balanced in slightly severe style, fullish, brisk in acidity, firm in tannin; red-fruit in flavor, but the acidity dominates, even though there is a nice length of aftertaste. Certainly needs time, though how much it will reward keeping is difficult to say. 2023–33+. 87
