Andrew Jefford: Dark black-red. A little dry and grassy in scent, though there is fresh blackcurrant, too. A sense of sinew. Light, tangy, and dry on the palate, though not short or dilute. Perfectly drinkable short-term with food. Now to 2018. 84
Michael Schuster: Lightly oaky nose; light overall, with the slight dryness of wood tannin giving this a bit of grip, the ripe red fruit behind is limited, but this has some length of flavor both to taste, and to finish. And the red-fruit crispness will give a mouthwatering appeal to many palates. Now to 2024. 86
