Andrew Jefford: Deep black-red. Autumn leaf more than green leaf, but leafy it is for me. Sweet, too, and a touch of meat extract. A pleasant mosaic. Cool and fresh on the palate, though the tannins are more subdued than for La Louvière and there is slightly more sweet ripeness to qualify the poised freshness. Another wine offering attractive, fresh classicism if drunk quite soon. Now to 2019. 84
Michael Schuster: Lightly fruity nose; firm, medium-full, crisp, ripe-fruited in the red-fruit spectrum, but with a rather dominant tannin for the limited fruit that is there. And you have to like the chewy texture. 2020–25+. 84
