Andrew Jefford: Deep, saturated black-red. Earthy, fresh, and firm: classical and good. Gentle and unobtrusive oak behind. A soundly constructed wine of depth and penetration, textured and long. Some ripeness of fruit here, and in general a very good effort for the vintage: much better than most of its peers. Meaty, savory finish. Now to 2022. 89
