Roy Hersh:Medium-dark garnet. Fine aromas of strawberry and raspberry, with hints of pine resin and menthol. Medium-weight, warm, dense, with loads of acidity. Spicy black-cherry and cocoa notes, moderately sweet and texturally smooth, with a flavor resemblance to cherry cough drops on the lingering warm finish. 1977 Graham’s should continue to drink well for another 15 years prior to hitting a plateau.
