Essi Avellan: Very pale, almost watery color. Super-youthful nose, with no aging characters. Highly primary with pear, lime, and grass. Clean fruitiness. Big explosive mousse. Quite balanced palate but needs time. 85

Anthony Rose: Pale lemon, shy nose with little happening here, pleasantly appetizing mousse with some Granny Smith bite and a clean, dry finish. 86

Tom Stevenson: A very fresh and simple style, but enjoyable if rather amylic. Would have been much better with another 12 months on yeast. 78
