Jesús Barquín: Bright pale yellow. The nose displays hay and a vegetal note, with a fat mouthfeel and slightly hot finish. 85

Andrew Jefford: Clear light steel-gold. Exuberant, fresh, bready, a lick of honey, a handful of chamomile: just right. A super scent. Vivid, fresh, lively, supple, subtle, fresh—lovely pure Manzanilla that transports you to an alto cumulus world of fluffy clouds of bready richness, green-olive umami, and salted-cashew cream. I could drink this all night. 94

Peter Liem: This is all about savory aromas of flor aging, and in its intense notes of Vegemite and celery salt, it feels like umami incarnate. It’s shapely and harmonious, reflecting its seaside origins in its svelte build and deft balance. I want more complexity and length on the palate, but I like its assertive personality. 90
