Andrew Jefford: Mid-gold. Lots of flor here in rather a heavy, forceful, almost vegetal (tomato?) style. The palate is similar: earthy and full, with a slightly surreal tomato note. It does, though, have the true flor style. 82
Peter Liem: This is rich and savory in aroma, with the soft body typical of Montilla. It’s fragrant on the finish, turning saltier as it moves back on the palate. 87
