Peter Richards: Cogent and seamless. And yet… You get the sense that it could have been so much more. Reticent nose of dried herbs and fruits. The palate is altogether more engaging, with intense acidity and gorgeous harmony between sweetness, acid, and alcohol. This is gripping, in its way, and lush, too.
