Andrew Jefford: Deep, dark black-red. A little different from most of its peers; there is a sense of juiciness here, and cherry fruits, with some soft sweet oak. A wine of some exuberance and depth, with moderate textures and some acid mitigation. Now to 2019. 87
Stephen Brook: Sweet, charming, cherry and raspberry nose, with no trace of greenness. Fresh and juicy, with reasonable concentration of fruit and good but not excessive acidity. There was no attempt to extract more than the grapes could offer in the vintage, and this seems balanced and stylish. Quite long. 91
