Andrew Jefford: Full gold. Earthy scents, but lacking in some freshness, expressive force, and articulacy. Supple, tangy, gratifying, and full, though unsubtle and with some bitter notes to finish. Now to 2021. 82

Stephen Brook: Straw-gold, with a deeper color than most. Heady peach, apple compote, and lanolin nose. Quite rich, broad, rounded, with moderate but adequate acidity and a forthright fruitiness. Good acidity gives it persistence. Not that complex but well balanced and with some aging potential. 89
