Jérôme has two very good Fixin wines that are svelte in texture, something not easy to achieve in this appellation. Champs de Vosger is rich, dark, and thickly textured, while Champs des Charmes is a warmer site but more elegant. In 2019, it is raspberry-jam sweet, but it has vibrant acidity, silky smooth tannins, and a bright finish. A sophisticated Fixin. 2023–25. | 88
