BUY THE WINE

Stephen Brook: Deep red. Muted nose, but there is a sweetness of fruit not evident on younger vintages. The aromas are leafy, delicate, and fragrant. Medium-bodied but intense and tight, with marked acidity that is almost racy. This is very undeveloped but certainly has finesse and persistence, albeit at the expense of flesh and opulence. The tannins are delicate and the finish bright and long. 16.5
