Serena Sutcliffe: Even lower yield this time—21hl/ha. 13% ABV. Just so intensely spicy and concentrated. Great freshness. That coriander finish one sometimes finds in Cheval. From Jéroboam it has been more chocolaty and truffley, but it is a highly individual, very special wine that I love, and it is certainly at the very top of the 1975s.
