Michel Bettane:Dark blue color, different from all the preceding Margaux; excellent classical red berries and cedary nose; good body, good balance, strength, and charm; very St-Julien, very well made. Excellent non-aggressive grip in the finish. 16.5

Thierry Desseauve:Brilliant color, cedar aromas, precise and tense body. Superb tannins, great success. 17

Michael Schuster: Light, mineral nose; well-balanced middleweight, fresh, finely tannic; ripe-fruited, fairly flowing, modest complexity and length; tannins not too grippy but certainly present. Needs a year or two; good lesser St Julien, with a slight fluidity at its heart. 2013–20+. 15
