Michel Bettane: Good color; lovely harmonious nose, with an evident Merlot influence; midweight body, integrated tannins; excellent integration of oak, too. Lovely finish, spicy but not dry, deftly made 17

Thierry Desseauve: Light color; oaky aromas; tender, excellent balance; easy to drink but quite elegant 15.5

Michael Schuster: Ripe fruit and mineral on the nose; tannic texture around the abundant fruit, but a chewy claret all the same, which will need both time and rich fare on the plate. Solidly satisfying. 2014–20 14.5
