Michel Bettane: Noble cedar and Havana spices with perfect oak integration, lovely harmonious body, elegant tannins; beginning to open with the true nobility expected; Pauillac of class and charm—exactly what we expect from the source. It is possible to like moremuscle, of course 18
Thierry Desseauve: Mellow, freshness, fruitiness: an elegant if non-consensual definition of Pauillac style 17
Michael Schuster: Youthful, cedary, blackcurrant Cabernetand- oak-vanilla nose; rich, elegant, beautifully balanced, firm but generous Pauillac, long across the palate; closegrained, long, amply fruited, and satisfying wine, with lovely length of flavor and aftertaste. Really fine Pauillac, really fine claret. Needs a decade in bottle but will be very good. 2020–35+ 17.5
