Michel Bettane: Very complex and classy nose, with a strong Cabernet influence. Same breed and complexity in the mouth, with perhaps a hint of greenness. Great future and lovely fresh finish. Not far to first-growth level but not yet up to it 17

Thierry Desseauve: Fresh, pure, straight, and precise definition of the terroir de côtes. Sober style but classy 17.5

Michael Schuster: Sweet, fresh, oak-and-vanilla-tinged nose; very nicely balanced, elegant, supple St-Emilion, with abundant ripe fruit. A fine dry tannin texture; long and sweet and graceful wine—refined and fragrant, and with a gentle, perfumed persistence. Not big, but complete and classy in a more delicate style. 2014–22+ 17
