Michel Bettane: Good color; nice spicy nose; elegant finish. But I am afraid there is not a lot of character. Magnificent integration of oak, however, which gives real class 16

Thierry Desseauve: This is fine, bright, subtle, long, and elegant 16.5

Michael Schuster: Closed but fine-fruited to smell; elegantly balanced, firmly, finely tannic wine, with a fresh ripe-fruit flavor; long and fine, if slightly austere in the 2008 right-bank context; will need several years to mellow. 2017–30+ 16.5
