Jasper Morris: 1997 The color is on the lighter side and taking on some orange—fair enough for this vintage. The bouquet gets prettier and prettier in the glass, with lovely strawberry notes and the beautiful perfume of a wine maturing gracefully. Neither the weight nor the class of the ’98, but lovely now.
