Jasper Morris: Pale gold color, very correct for its age. A beautiful nose from the first sniff: mature, yes, but with detail and a sense of balance. Well worth repeated sniffs. With swirling, an impressive weight of fruit emerges from behind the notes of maturity. On the palate, there are several layers of flavor, an engaging lemon acidity threaded through a substantial mouthful of pure fruit, and a very long finish. Perfectly mature but no reason why this should not hold.
