Jasper Morris: Full mature color with amber notes, but still bright. Biscuit and crème brûlée notes but still fruit, too, perhaps fresh apricot with some orange zest. Mouth-filling, with a lovely little crunch in the mouth, like the caramelized surface of the crème brûlée. Lively on the palate on retasting, some cooked orange notes coming to the fore, but still full of energy and with good length.
