BUY THE WINE

Jasper Morris: Fine bright color with some energy. Certainly to the nose also, though there are some wandering notes with a touch of oxidation, as often with this vintage, but these soon departed as is usually the case. A rich, ripe raft of vivid red fruit through the middle, enough to cover the prominent acidity that marks the vintage. Good length, a fine and balanced wine whose power is only really apparent at the very end. Getting there.
