Stephen Browett: Fragrant, perfumed nose. On the palate the initial impression is that this is a bit lightweight, with soft, strawberry fruit. Delicate, pleasant enough, but maybe slightly thin, despite a nice, smooth, silky texture. 13

Michael Schuster: Mid-red; fresh, crisp, fruity nose; very nicely balanced, natural 2003 with a discreet, fine-grained, tannin, lovely, mineral-infused fresh fruit, good length in the mouth, and good, limestone-scented length to finish. Harmonious, deliciously drinkable, classy. A lovely Côtes St-Emilion. Accessible very soon. 16+
