Stephen Brook: Deep to very deep red. Succulent black cherry nose, touch of mint. Medium-bodied, easy going, pleasant cherry fruit, but little structure or complexity. Neither acidity nor tannin are that prominent, yet they seem quite jagged on the finish, which is rather dry. A modest wine. 14
Michael Schuster: Dark red; light and lightly oaky nose; very light, stretched, and limited fruit completely dried out by its new oak. Thin, flat, astringent, brief. 10
