Stephen Brook: Deep red, quite evolved. Light nose, cherry pie, vanilla. Light, simple, soft, a pallid wine with little structure or weight. Quite sharp acidity suggests some underripe fruit, but the main problem is dilution and a one-dimensional flavor profile. Fairly short, yet quite tannic on the finish. 12
Michael Schuster: Mid-red; light red cherry fruit to smell; light, fluid, lightly tannic wine; pleasant and flowing, but not a lot there, finishes short, with the oak tannin a bit dry for the available fruit. Drink soon, the fruit will retreat before the wood tannins do. 13.5
